The booking form should be completed and returned as soon as possible to ensure your requirements are met.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations within 4 weeks of the date of the meeting may incur a cancellation fee.
PLANNING YOUR GOLF DAY
It is the responsibility of the Society Organiser to be certain that all players involved in the meeting are competent golfers.
Try to allocate starting times to your players in advance especially if you are a large society. Your members can then stagger their arrival.
Put some of your better players at the head of the field to set a good pace, then encourage the rest of the field to keep up. One slow player can ruin the enjoyment of everybody else on the course. Avoid medal play if you possibly can, a Stableford is a sufficient challenge and helps towards a pleasant day.
Texas Scrambles are not permitted.
Players are requested to watch the pattern of play both in front and behind their own game and to give way if they are holding up the match following theirs.
All societies are required to play from the yellow tees.
Markers can be provided for nearest the pin\longest drive\nearest the line if required.
When approaching the 11th tee players must alternate with those starting.
Players must not look for balls in the fields adjacent to the course or the garden of the house on the 4th fairway.
Please ask your members to replace divots, repair pitch marks and rake bunkers.
All players are asked to observe the rules of etiquette both on the course and in the clubhouse.
Buggies are available for hire from April to October, please check availability.
DIRECTIONS
Please see map on Home page. Organisers are requested to advise their members to allow an extra half hour on their journey due to heavy local traffic in the morning.
